How can BiBTeX capacity be enlarged?

To increase the BibTeX functional memory space:

• Run PCTeX
• Pull down the Settings menu
• Choose Default Settings
• Click on the BibTeX Arguments tab
• In the field labeled "Option String" enter one of the following values:
  -8 (the default which forces 8-bit mode)
  -8 -B (doubles the function capacity)
  -8 -H (even higher function capacity)
  -8 -W (the maximum)
